Qian Xiao is a young girl from a fishing village and is bored out of her mind. She claims that there’s nothing to do and time crawls at a snail’s pace on the island because of it. The village is visited by supply ships once a year and is Qian Xiao’s only source of entertainment apart from the old man who takes care of her.
